Finishing Your Inventory

Once you have inventoried all desired section of your collection, run the two inventory reports one more time.

You may wish to keep the final output from Inventory - Scanned Items Count by Shelving Location for your records.

Inventory - Un-scanned Items should be run for all shelving locations where inventory was done. If you have been marking unfound items as missing throughout the inventory process this report will be blank. If any items do appear on the report, mark them as missing.

You may also wish to use the Sitka Template Status: All Items with Selected Item Status to generate a list of your missing items so you can determine if any should be re-ordered.
